Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI-powered travel itinerary generation service provided by TripGenerators (the "Service"), and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and Users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the web-based service that utilizes AI to generate and provide customized travel itineraries.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Content" refers to travel itineraries, recommendations, and other information generated through the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
2. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and modified Terms become effective 7 days after notification.
3. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

1. The Service uses AI technology to generate travel itineraries, which are provided for reference purposes only.
2. Information about locations, business hours, prices, etc. provided by the Service may change in real-time, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Users are responsible for verifying such information directly before actual travel.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. Users must provide accurate information when using the Service.
2. Users may only use information obtained through the Service for personal purposes and may not redistribute or resell it for commercial purposes without authorization.
3. Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 6 (Payment and Refunds)

1. Service fees are based on the amounts displayed on the Service.
2. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI generation, refunds are only available if no credits have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refunds are NOT available once:
   • Any itinerary has been generated (credits consumed)
   • AI processing has begun for your request
5. However, refunds ARE available in the following cases:
   • When the Service was not provided at all after payment
   • When results were not generated due to technical errors on our end
   • When requested within 7 days of purchase AND no credits have been used
6. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@tripgenerators.ai within 7 days of payment.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
2. The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.
3. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or hacking.
4. The respective establishments are responsible for the actual condition, service quality, and safety of recommended locations.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights to the Service and its content belong to the Company.
2. Users are granted usage rights to travel itineraries generated based on information they provide.
3. Users may freely use generated content for personal purposes.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

1. In case of disputes arising from Service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea in the competent court.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
2. Service-related inquiries are accepted via email.
